What are Pastels?
Pastels have a chalky appearance but they are not chalks. They are pure pigment mixed with a binder to give them form. They can be used to draw with, or to paint with. Pastels have been around for along time, it could be said that the ancient cave paintings were painted using a form of pastel. Many of the great masters used pastel, including Liotard and Degas.
I love the immediacy of working with pastels and the rich colours that are available
What Are Giclée Prints?
Giclée prints are high grade prints produced on superior ink jet equipment. They are archival and predicted to last for many years to come. The colours are light fast and are as close as possible to my original paintings. This of course is reflected in the price I charge for these prints.
Sorry, prints and my online shop are not available for the moment (coming soon) Please contact me via email for details.
